Returns / Cancellation

In accordance with applicable law, digitally delivered products that have already been downloaded can no longer be returned, as they cannot be restored to their original form.

The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order only before payment has been confirmed or if the product has not been delivered correctly, e.g. non-functional link, corrupted file.
