I met Loredana in 2022 through the SPA Management mentoring program launched by the specialized platform despreSpa. This collaboration ultimately confirmed my role as a Spa Manager. It was an intense four-month professional training course, full of revelations, alongside a top professional. Loredana managed to earn my trust from our very first meeting through her professionalism and passion for everything related to the world of Spa, inspiring me and opening up new horizons. This wonderful experience didn’t end with the completion of the course—the collaboration continues to this day and will certainly carry on in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Oana for four years at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz. She was always striving to reach the expectations and even more, and was a great asset to the company in terms of professionalism, ethics, and attentiveness. She always worked hard and with passion. I have had the opportunity to work with Oana in 2015/2016, she was my Spa Manager, she is a person of a very strong character and it helped her to achieve so many goals in her life, professionally she is a very good manager, i never saw her late at work, always attempt to the changes on the environmental and take a very good care of her staff, i saw many guest's complementing her for her knowledge and for the good service she offer, personally she is funny, happy and a very good friend. I had the opportunity to work with Oana between 2014- 2016 on board cruise ships on an Assistant Spa Director position and I was in direct contact with Oana as my supervisor while working for Canyon Ranch Spa Club at Sea. Oana is very professional in her line of work and working along her side gave me the chance to learn a lot about the Spa industry, business strategies, staff management and how to handle team issues or guest’s issues in a professional manner and in due time. While working together with Oana we overlooked together a team of 20 plus staff members and we managed to achieve targets, exceed targets and have a good working environment as well.
