I met Loredana in 2022 through the SPA Management mentoring program launched by the specialized platform despreSpa. This collaboration ultimately confirmed my role as a Spa Manager. It was an intense four-month professional training course, full of revelations, alongside a top professional. I had the opportunity to work with Oana between 2014- 2016 on board cruise ships on an Assistant Spa Director position and I was in direct contact with Oana as my supervisor while working for Canyon Ranch Spa Club at Sea.
