  1. Information about the website administrator

The online shop available at www.spallure.ro is operated by:

hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” or the “Seller”.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Accessing the website www.spallure.ro, creating an account, placing an order and purchasing any digital product (ebook) implies the unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website and do not place any orders.

  1. Copyright
  • The content of the website www.spallure.ro – texts, images, graphic elements, design, logos – as well as the content of the ebooks sold, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • The Visitor/Buyer undertakes not to copy, distribute, resell, reproduce, rent, lend or make available in any way to third parties the content of the website or of the ebooks, without the prior express written consent of the Administrator.
  • Purchasing an ebook grants the Buyer only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, without transferring any copyright.
  1. Conclusion of the distance contract
  • By placing an order on www.spallure.ro, the Buyer confirms that all data provided are real, correct and complete and that they agree to receive electronic communications (email) from the Administrator.
  • The distance contract is considered concluded at the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment processor and the confirmation email containing the download link is sent to the Buyer.
  • An unpaid or unconfirmed order in terms of payment does not produce the effects of a valid contract.
  1. Prices, payment methods and invoicing
  • Product prices (ebooks) are displayed on each product page and include VAT, where applicable.
  • There are no delivery costs, as products are delivered exclusively in digital format.
  • Prices may be changed by the Administrator without prior notice; however, for orders already placed and confirmed, the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
  • The available payment methods (for example: bank card, other online payment solutions) are shown on the checkout page.
  • The Buyer will receive the tax invoice in electronic format, at the email address provided when placing the order.
  1. Digital products, delivery and access

6.1. Type of product

  • The products sold on www.spallure.ro are ebooks delivered in digital format (for example: PDF, EPUB or other formats specified on the product page).
  • No physical products are delivered by courier or post.

6.2. Ebook delivery

  • The electronic ebook purchased from www.spallure.ro is delivered exclusively in digital format.
  • After payment confirmation, the customer will automatically receive, at the email address provided, a confirmation email containing the download link for the product.
  • The ebook will also be available in the “Downloads” section of the customer account immediately after the order is completed.
  • The purchased e-book can be downloaded only once. After the download is completed, the access link expires automatically.
  • Delivery is instant and no additional shipping costs apply.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email or encounter difficulties accessing the file, please contact us at: contact@spallure.ro.

6.3. Account creation and use

  • The website may allow the creation of a user account, by providing an email address and a password.
  • The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details (password, email) and for all activities carried out through their account.
  • Through the account, the Buyer may view their order history and, where applicable, access active download links in accordance with the website’s policies.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts created with false, incomplete data or which breach these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Return and cancellation policy (digital products)
  • Under the applicable legislation for digital content, digitally delivered products that have already been downloaded cannot be returned, as they cannot be restored in their original state.
  • The customer is entitled to request cancellation of the order only before payment is confirmed or in situations where the product has not been delivered correctly (for example: non-functional link, corrupted file).
  • In the event of a non-functional link or corrupted file, the Administrator will attempt to remedy the situation by:
    • resending the download link;
    • providing the file through another reasonable method of electronic delivery.
  • If the delivery issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, the Buyer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount paid.

  1. Complaints and dispute resolution
  • Before contacting the competent authorities, you are kindly requested to attempt an amicable resolution by sending a written complaint to: contact@spallure.ro, clearly describing the issue and attaching, where appropriate, supporting documents (proof of payment, confirmation email, etc.).
  • The Administrator will respond to complaints within a maximum of 30 calendar days from their receipt.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer may address the competent authorities, including the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), in compliance with the legal procedures and conditions (complaints made in one’s own name, accompanied by supporting documents, etc.).
  1. Buyer’s obligations

The Buyer undertakes to:

  • provide real, correct and up-to-date information when requested (upon account creation or when placing an order);
  • not allow unauthorised access by third parties to their account or to the download links provided;
  • use the ebooks for personal purposes only, without redistributing or reselling them;
  • comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • pay the value of the products ordered through the payment methods available on the website.
  1. Seller’s obligations

The Seller (CONSPA SRL) undertakes to:

  • provide the Buyer with correct and up-to-date information regarding the products sold;
  • ensure the electronic delivery of the ebooks under the conditions set out in the delivery section;
  • remedy, as far as possible, technical issues relating to file download;
  • process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and with the Privacy Policy displayed on the website.
  1. Privacy policy and personal data
  • The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation (including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
  • The data collected may include: name, surname, email address, phone number, billing address, billing details and other information necessary for order processing.
  • The data is mainly used for:
    • processing and delivering orders;
    • communicating with the Buyer (confirmations, notifications, technical support);
    • improving services and, where applicable, sending commercial communications, only with the Buyer’s prior consent.
  • The Buyer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure (within legal limits), restriction of processing, objection and data portability, which can be exercised by sending a written request to: contact@spallure.ro.

  • Any dispute arising between the Buyer and the Seller that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts, in the jurisdiction where the Seller has its registered office (Cluj County), unless the law provides otherwise.
